We are situated on the Welsh/Herefordshire border only 5 miles from the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye known for its second hand bookshops and literary festival. Hay and the surrounding area has many restaurants and pubs to appeal to all tastes. The Boat Inn on the River Wye is within walking distance and the award winning Rhydspence Inn is less than two miles away.

This area offers a wealth of things to keep you occupied; whether it be outdoor pursuits or visiting the many historic towns and villages.
